I enjoyed the friendly airport shuttle service and the clean dining areas during my stay. However, I was disappointed that my room didn't match the online photos. Won't choose this place again.

Comfortable Stay but Needs a Refresh

Our stay was quite adequate, thanks to the friendly staff who really made an effort to assist us. The room offered a great view from the 10th floor. However, the mattress and door needed repair. Future guests should ensure everything is in order during check-in.

This hotel is just an excellent fit for a brief sojourn in New York with good value for cost. The workout room was nice and open 24/7, making it convenient for my early morning routine. Pack some snacks since there's no mini fridge in the room.

the airport shuttle is so convenient, but the loud music in the lobby was overwhelming. however, the breakfast had delicious fruit and yogurt, which made my mornings brighter.

the hotel is a very short free shuttle ride from the airport, making it super convenient for city explorers while also offering easy access to Baisley Pond Park for a lovely walking experience, which I truly enjoyed during my stay.

Perfect for Tired Travelers

After a hell experience with Jet Blue we arrived at the hotel at midnight, tired and with only the clothes we were in and they gave us complimentary breakfast which was a nice surprise especially since we had no luggage and they provided toothbrushes and everything like that which was just what we needed

I previously stayed in a nyc hotel that didn’t quite meet my expectations, but this time at doubletree by hilton was great. The room was spacious, and the staff went out of their way to. The shuttle service was a huge plus, running smoothly to and from the airport.

We had a great time visiting Central Park during our stay! The kids loved exploring the beautiful paths and watching the ducks by the lake, making it a memorable family outing. Plus, having a large room with comfy beds made our nights much more enjoyable.

we chose doubletree by hilton for its close proximity to the airport. the shuttle service was super convenient, running every half hour. the room was spacious and the customer service was top-notch. we even got a late checkout without extra charges!

Decent proximity to JFK. Staff were responsive and helpful. Noise from outside made it hard to sleep.
